NeuroMate Works

Your company runs on twelve engines that make money. Which one is AI in?

Most companies put AI wherever it's easiest: drafting emails, taking minutes, a chat window. Time gets saved, but revenue doesn't move. One survey found that nearly 40% of the time AI saves is lost again to rework.1

The money is elsewhere — in whether every inquiry gets an answer, whether new products get won, whether the equipment you sold comes back as orders. C.H. Robinson used to leave more than a third of its roughly 600,000 annual quote requests unanswered. With AI, every one gets a reply, in 32 seconds.2 That business was already at the door. No one was answering it.

We don't sell an AI feature. We map every engine that makes your company money, find the one leaking most, put AI there first — then move on to the next. We start from a publicly available base model and train it on your own company's data into a model that belongs to you, running on your machines.

Twelve engines

Twelve engines that make a company money.

01

Opportunity

Know what customers want before they ask.

02

R&D

Win more new products, deliver faster, keep the patents.

03

Sales & pricing

Answer every inquiry. Protect every margin.

04

Procurement

Pay less coming in. Find the hidden fees.

05

Production

More good parts off the same line.

06

Quality

The same mistake never happens twice.

07

Supply chain & delivery

On time, without chasing anyone by phone.

08

Aftermarket & service

Every unit you sold becomes the next order.

09

Finance & collections

Recover what was never billed. See bad debt coming.

10

Compliance & risk

Stop risk before it ships.

11

People

AI that people actually use — and use well.

12

Decisions

Real numbers, not weekly reports.

Under all twelve

One keel under every engine.

When the wind picks up, what keeps a ship upright and on course is the beam below the waterline. That's what we build.

Your most experienced people are the judges.

Only answers they pass, or rewrite by hand, become what the model learns from. Every rejection and every line of production data becomes your own rule — and it stays when the model changes.

Every change has a name next to it.

Who changed what, and who approved it, is always on record.

The final press is always human.

AI does the legwork. The signature stays with a person.

11 People · A separate service

AI business simulations: not one, but a whole set.

Built by combining an industry, a business situation and the skill to train. Fully online — practise alone, or play as a whole team.

For example: retail chain × win a regional market × financial acumen; bank × run a branch × strategic trade-offs; manufacturing × new-product launch × cross-team work; any industry × turnaround × leading and delegating.

One engine, one simulation.

Whichever engine AI goes into, train the people on that engine's simulation first: supplier negotiation, pricing, collections, handling a parts shortage. The machines change how the work runs; the people change how they play.

Who can read the numbers, who holds steady under pressure — one game tells you.

Each employee runs a company against several AI rivals in the same market. Eight rounds, two years of trading: profit or bankruptcy, plain to see. HR gets an individual capability report it can use directly.

  • A real business contest.Open stores, set prices, buy stock, hire, market, raise money — but only three moves a round, so every choice is a trade-off. Run out of cash and you are out.
  • Solo against AI.25–40 minutes a game, any time. Three AI rivals with different styles, at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Test, train, retest: whatever is weakest is what you practise next.
  • Team contests, online.Four to six teams play live, each member taking CEO, finance, marketing, operations or HR. A host drops in surprise events and leads the debrief online; the team report shows who actually drove decisions.
  • A simulation built for your company.HR enters your industry, size, recent events and the question on their mind — say, “do our regional managers ever look at cash flow?” The system builds your own scenario, and the report answers that question on its own.
  • An individual report HR can use.Reading statements, forecasting, cash-risk awareness, consistency of trade-offs: each comes with a score range and behavioural evidence, such as “Round 4: forecast profit +30%, actual −12% — the gap was inventory.”
  • Every score can be replayed and recomputed. The same decision always produces the same result, so scores stand up when employees ask.

How we start

Two weeks to your engine map.

Weeks 1–2

Your engine map

  1. Where each of your twelve engines is leaking
  2. Which one AI goes into first, and why
  3. The one number that will tell us it worked

Weeks 3–6

One engine, one number

We start with a small sample for you to confirm the direction, then train at scale. Your own experts score the answers without knowing who wrote them — and that number speaks.

Then

Engine by engine

When the number shows up, we talk about the next engine. Not before.

Why us

Why NeuroMate Works.

We use these rules on ourselves first.

Our NeuroMate Life products are live: AI drafts, a person signs off, and every conclusion links back to where it came from.

We understand people.

Our founder's doctoral research spanned 50 pharmaceutical companies and asked why employees dare to innovate — and why they avoid new systems. Of the twelve engines, People is the hardest to install. It is our home ground.

The model is yours.

Your model is built on a publicly available base model and runs on your own servers. Clients outside mainland China can also choose hosting in the EU or the Nordics. The data, the model and your company's memory stay yours.

Tell us where your money comes from.

In two weeks, we'll tell you which engine AI should go into first.
